Too many of these badges failed where the rope is attached to the back of the badge. If they catch slightly on something and get tugged a little, the knotted rope pops out of the hole it is in. The ropes don't seem to be attached in any other way. We've been using them for about a total of 9-10 days and would say we've needed to replace 10-15 out of 200.
